The Spain, Portugal and Ukraine bid for the 2030 tournament is backed by UEFA and will compete against other candidacies such as a collaboration among Egypt, Greece and Saudi Arabia, and a joint South American proposal from Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay and Chile.

Enough of this Ukraine nonsense
Oh so you're pro-Russia? Fuck you, you fucking MAGA climate-denier.
Also, I have a confession: I sorta low-key like soccer now. This is difficult for me to process.

I enjoy the World Cup. I look forward to it. I have even watched some USMNT qualifiers.
Don't watch the Women's teams because I am a misogynist.
I hated playing the game as a child, and always thought it was boring to watch. I'd watch the World Cup from time to time but never got into it at all. Something about coaching my kid's team this year has made me just really start to like the game more. I don't know what happened, but all of a sudden watching/coaching these kids is like.. fun. And it makes me want to watch more of it at a higher level. We went to a pro game in Hartford last season, and it was a great time. Definitely gonna go to more. I'm not some kind of psycho that's gonna start following the MLS or pretend I have a favorite premier league team, but I have a newfound appreciation of the game itself.

I've watched more soccer in recent years than I did before. Always enjoy the World Cups (both men's and women's) and I've caught more Premier League recently.
