so Flyers have to beat the Caps in regulation and Detroit has to lose in regulation for Flyers to have a chance. Caps-Flyers tied at 1 with 3 minutes left. Detroit is down 1 to Montreal and down to 7 seconds left in the game. Detroit ties game with 4 seconds left and forces OT, Flyers are eliminated. Flyers don't realize this and pull the goalie to try to get go ahead goal in regulation. Caps get empty netter to win game and make playoffs. Amusement was had by all.
Anyway, I kept Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia out of the playoffs. You're welcome, America (and I guess Canada).
