Today Alcaraz became the youngest player to win a major on all three surfaces. Only 7 players in history have done that, I find that surprising. Jimmy Connors, Mats Wilander, Agassi, Djoko, Federer, Nadal being the others. Surprised Sampras or someone like Boris Becker never pulled that off.
Sampras is my fav and I just can't believe he never won a French Open. I obviously don't know enough about tennis to know why clay is so different but it still blows my mind that like he never won on it but Nadal defeated anyone and everyone on clay for about a decade (while never winning [majors] on others for close to a decade too)
I was asked for the Mt Rushmore of men’s tennis players.
Djoko, Nadal, and Federer are absolute no brainers. They all have the career grand slam, they’re top 3 in total grand slam victories. We take them all for granted since they all played in the same era for the most part. The hard one is #4. I’d say it’s between Agassi and Laver, with Sampras on the outside looking in. I’ll take Laver.

Believe it or not, I'm not quite old enough to remember Laver in his prime. I think Sampras is easily #4, then Laver, then Conners, then Lendl, then Agassi.
