I listened to the pod, pretty good. That guy is an instigating asshole, and the women got railroaded. And the courts keep throwing her wrongful termination case out, fucking retarded.
She could capitalize. I mean....OF is right there.

TY, I agree.
Cases like this are infuriating. People just have zero curiosity. Twitter tells them, "A white lady called the cops on a black man for telling her to put her dog on a leash," and that's all the information they need. So they join the mob, refuse to ask questions, and ruin someone's life based on incomplete, misleading, or downright false information. It fits their narrative, and that's all that matters. These are the people who claim that they want to make race relations better, but they just fuel the fire with this nonsense.

He read a passage from the guy's book that was something like "Two lives were forever changed that day. I can only speak about one of those, the black man..." Just continuing to pretend that this had anything to do with race makes him an asshole right off the bat. But Kmele's real issue is with the dude's complete and utter lack of empathy, or any willingness to consider that maybe he did something wrong. Yes, 2 lives were changed. One person lost her job and had the media completely destroy her reputation based on a dumb he said/she said where the actual facts of the case are nowhere near what the media portrayed them as. The other person was lionized and now has a fucking book and a TV show and presumably way more money than he's ever had, but continues to play the victim. Fuck you, mother fucker. You're the absolute worst kind of person.
So as far as what actually happened that day and the aftermath, are these all uncontested facts (ones with a ? are things I'm less sure about)? I feel like you've followed this much more closely than me.
He was birdwatching She came by with her dog not on a leash He asked her to leash her dog He asked calmly, but I think also tried to lure the dog with a dog treat? She refused and got mad that he was messing with her dog? He started videotaping her. She called the cops and said an African American man was threatening her <racism ensues> She got fired from her job
