The little header that shows the Page #s stays locked at the top for me when I'm scrolling in a thread. :beatsme:

Also, UEM added a "back to top" button that's enabled on all pages. If you're scrolling, you should see a white up arrow in the bottom left corner of the page. Click that and it will jump you back to the top of the page.
