This is more of a general suggestion but if you can figure out a way to incorporate SOTSG for a little old fashioned SEO, that might give us some hope that someone like jman would find us again.

Also SEO for bourbon distillery message boards and alcohol dispensaries in the greater Chicago(?) area might do the trick.
