I think San Francisco may have hit a tipping point this week with a series of loan defaults in the commercial real estate space. Commercial vacancies are already at 30%, and this week’s news will only exacerbate that. You have to keep your streets clean, man.
I went to PJs childhood neighborhood today, skid row. I was 10 miles from it cuz I was at a Comcast store, plus what else I got to do? Don’t care about your judging on this, it’s a historical landmark.
it’s actually scarier in person than in video, holy shit. These freaks are complete zombies, and the ones that aren’t are even a little scarier bc they see me as totally out of place. I was approached 3 times by coherent black guys asking wtf I was doing there.
notes: - I saw a drug deal happen, the women was in a half coma with a tote bag. This strung out lanky white took money or something from her and then placed product into her bag. - saw some heroin hunches, which was the goal. One chick was standing like a frog, swaying back and forth, she looked possessed. - definite hookers walking around - plenty of cops were up about two blocks away from this action directing traffic. This place is like Hamsterdam. The city lets them do their drugs in this area with no questions asked. Like wtf - there was a tent city I walked towards but got blocked by an entrepreneurial black that could tell I was there being a douche, so he asked what I wanted. I think he wanted to sell me shit or kill me.

id love to know how anyone can justify the surrendering of US cities to criminal drug addicts. I guess you don’t care if it’s not literally right where you and everyone you know from high school and grade school grew up and you don’t have to actually think or deal with it. It’s absolutely horrible and every day you see young people from the suburbs go down there to buy drugs and end up hooked on them and then join the living dead down there. That’s what the future holds for most of the country.
