I was generally entertained. Tough to match up with Ragnarok (losing Loki alone knocks it down a peg) but it was entertaining, moved fast. Really weird performance by Bale. Always love Tessa Thompson. Buff Portman made it move a bit.

I should revise my review. I didn’t see that it fit in with anything, seemed like a throwaway movie. But what do I know

Throwaway sounds about right. There are about 4 MCU movies that I think are truly really good, a couple that I think are truly bad, and then the rest fall somewhere in the "Some laughs, some decent action, probably some shoddy effects" camp.
