both shows:
- the audience is so spread out and so limited, like it’s covid still. It’s so stupid looking on tv
- the contestants must be given some edict to not hug the hosts or the models. At most, they may high five but they always keep their distance. It’s so weird.
TPIR:
- do they make audience members wear some variation of a TPIR shirt? Literally everyone wears one.
- Amber Lancaster is still a model. She’s in her 40s lol.
- oh, both Wayne and Drew call the models by their full names almost every time. “Tiffany Coyne”, “Amber Lancaster”.
one other thought:
- I saw a commercial for both, it was pansexual Wayne Brady singing about how one is hosted by a white guy and the other a black guy. That’s racist, sorry.
I went down a TPIR wiki wormhole this weekend after hearing about Bob Barker's perishing and didn't realize he's been gone since 2007. Seems like it was just 2015 or something like that. And I had no idea they have a rotating cast of models now--and some of them are biological men! It's like walking into Hooters and seeing some dude as a server.
