McConaughey was good, it had some definite peaks and valleys though. Guys on chicks was in top form this week. Very much enjoyed Ria's pop-in to roast Hank.
Two hours and twenty minutes for today's show. That's a long time. I like how they cover every game and obviously the fastest two minutes is pure gold, but all that plus a Deion interview, plus Football Guy of the week plus Who's Back is a lot to pack in to one show. I think an hour and a half is a good length for the show.

I stopped listening a few months ago. Between WFH and the length of the shows it became too much trying to keep up.
Agreed that that's probably too long. I'm ready to pull the plug on the Deion segment, as we've discussed elsewhere. There's no new content in that segment, just someone else saying some of the same stuff they've already said about the games, but with less humor. Let's get those 20 minutes back, please.
They had a comment about Kyler Murray being the only guy in the league who you can go from "Has this guy ever played football?" to "He's the best QB on the planet" within the same game. You'd think that with the amount they talk about Josh Allen, they would realize that he is also in the league and fits that bill.

My overall podcast consumption is way down with my wife and kids being around during the day. I still listen to most PMTs, but the Monday shows with the game recaps and Fastest Two Minutes are the only ones that I make sure to check out every week. I don't sweat it if I miss a Wednesday or Friday show.

For me, the Friday show is the can't miss one. I usually get through their review of the week's games on Monday (eg, i make it to deion and then shut it down), the first couple segments on wednesday unless the interview is someone i'm interested in, and then all of Friday. They kind of trap me on Friday because Guys on Chicks is probably my favorite segment they do and it's the show closer. I would like to throw fantasy fuccbois into the sun at this point but i can just hit skip until i get through that.
agreed on the amount of listening time being limited these days...basically i have my drive to and from the office, which is only 15 minutes at this point with the blessed covid traffic. no complaints on that.

Fantasy fuccbois might be just about my least favorite thing on any podcast, radio show, or any other form of entertainment. Who the fuck is that for at this point?
I think it's probably because they use it in moderation (as opposed to things like Fantasy Fuccbois, or Daddies, or any of the other weird ones they do) but man I love Big Ben's Walking Boot.
