Watched the new Beverly Hills Cop movie over the weekend. Entertaining enough but kinda like The Force Awakens--pays a little too much fan service to be a good movie on its own. Still, it's worth a watch if you're a fan of the original Beverly Hills Cop.
Also watched the original BHC over the weekend. I forgot how ridiculously hot Lisa Eilbacher was in that movie. Top 5 80s movie women no doubt.

I agree. It was the same movie 40 years later but sometimes that’s not the worst thing

Caught the first 5 eps of the last season of Cobra Kai. I think for every pound the gal playing Larusso's wife lost since last season, the gal playing his daughter gained 3. The girl playing Tori can still get it of course, and the little Asian chick, well obviously...Hold on, let me check something...Yeah, she's 18 but only just. All the other high school girls on this show are played by actresses in their late 20s.
Also there was some kind of inexplicable karate plot, laughable slow/fast/weird angle fight scenes, and still no Hilary Swank cameo. Next 5 eps air in November, and then the final 5 next year. Streaming TV is so dumb.
