Update, as broken on The Megyn Kelly Show....he is not gay. He announced he has a girlfriend and hopes to marry her once this hullaballoo is behind them.

Plaintiff offered Don Lemon a lemon drop shot bc Don is a celeb. Don declined it, I guess he thought that shot was gay and it was making fun of his homoness. Later on, Don approached the plaintiff and asked "do you like me? is that why your fucking with me?" "no, i just wanted to say whats up." Don then put his hand down his own trousers, and brought 2 fingers up the plaintiffs nose and shoved his face back. He then asked "do you like pussy or dick" 3 times, and plaintiff ran out the back door.
I dont think its officially a gay bar. They described it as a hip (That table's fucking hip) dive bar in the Hamptons that celebs like to go to.

It’s been over two years since Dustin Hice filed an explosive lawsuit against Lemon – who is openly gay – accusing the "CNN Tonight" host of assault and battery at a bar on New York's Long Island during the summer of 2018.
Maybe Fox News was wrong, but this is what I based my thought that he was gay.
In theory, this shit should get Lemon canned. But, he'll be fine. Some other nuggets:
- plaintiff is suing for approx 1.5M in damages. Lemon has thrice offered to settle for 400-500K, plaintiff said no. Note: Megyn thinks this will get settled, likely for the full amount of 1.5, so it wont go to trial. - Megyn was livid that CNN put out a statement that defends Lemon and says the claims are baseless. She's like "why are they involved? This is a case against Lemon from something he did on his free time, not at the CNN office." - I forget who exacTly the plaintiff was saying, but he said that Lemon's lawyers are reaching out and bullying ppl involved in the case on Plaintiffs side to shut them up. Wait i remember, its the guy's therapist they threatened. - She made the point that can you imagine if these allegations were against Tucker or Hannity? They'd be toast. CNN and MSNBC wouldnt rest til they were gone. - One more: this plaintiff was a bartender at a bar in the Hamptons that Jimmy Fallon frequented and he said he's really cool. Tips insanely high amounts, sings karaoke, etc. He said that when the story came out in 2018 that Lemon had done this to the bartender, Fallon buried his face in his hands and was like, How can Don Lemon do this, he's one of the faces of me-too on TV. Basically Fallon thought Lemon was retarded for being a fraud.
Good stuff. I enjoyed bc this guy basically didnt hide any details. I'm not use to hearing facts or anything of interest in interviews.
In fairness, that show name is the dumbest. It is confusing to bring up to someone. But this looks maybe staged bc the guy is doing such a bad job describing what he means.
