this Afghanistan shot is so bad that cnn and msnbc have no choice but to trash Joe. Amazing!
I like the woman in the comments who says why is everyone so mad he said it was his responsibility.....people are so in love with either party that they could be fed dog shit and convince themselves it is filet mingnon
Look they shoulda just said Trump or not Trump on the ballot.
but I do love the people (in the world not just here) who actually thought Joe Biden was competent and going to run this country
The President to a large extent is a figurehead. It was anticipated he would install competent people to run the country. Not sure that happened. It is the most diverse cabinet in history, so we have that at least. Trump did not have competent people in key positions, especially in the end. Biden seems to think he is running things, and is doing a horrible job at it.

I think the competent people in the cabinet is a big component. Blinken seems like a disaster as SOS. I remember looking at the line of succession under Trump and thinking that like the top 20 would have to get wiped out before we got to someone I would trust to run the government (other than Pence, who I don't agree with basically anything on but seems like a boring competent person). Biden's isn't that bad at this point but it's definitely not great.

this is where I point out that things were going pretty fucking good under trump before a man made virus leaked out of a Chinese lab…….but go on

He had some good policies and plenty of bad policies. Yes, since the economy was rolling along before Covid, without it he would have won in a landslide. "It's the economy, stupid" -Bill Clinton 1992
Regardless of the merits of his positions he was a horrible president because he could not lead the country. While some of it was TDS, he made it too easy.
He was horrible with allies and North Korea, China and Russia. As much as Biden deserves huge blame for the Afghanistan fallout, it is fair to say that Trump did some things that set this in motion. Biden, could have rolled it back, but Trump was stupid there too for no reason.
The tariffs against the Chinese goods were not supported by one economist that I could find.
His biggest issue was if there was a crisis he would not be able to manage it. Covid proved that easily.

fair assessment. I believe to this day allowing Fauci to be the face of Covid in this country set all of this in motion.

What were the horrible parts vis-a-vis Russia, iyo?
Isn't it a little racist to call it Black Friday? - Joy Behar

He was not great in dealing with Putin. He would have these summits that accomplished nothing. He was friendlier to Russia than he was with our Western European allies which pretty much has gone against 50 years of foreign policy that has worked.
