I was watching a little Joy Reid last night. Unexpectedly she was talking about the Jan 6 Insurrection. What an unusual topic. They have so much to talk about.
Anyway, she was upset that the law enforcement didnt prepare enough for it, that "everyone" knew shit was going to go down. She was warned herself not to be around DC that day (sure marcia).
But what upset her about the lack of law enforcement is that the police never failed to have a large presence as peaceful BLM rallies.

Your girl is THE WORST, wont even let her guest get sentences out bc she is a child haha
This is a really good example of what bothers me about this whole conversation. Maybe the people complaining about CRT are using the wrong term. I obviously haven't studied it so I don't know what it actually is/says. But the ONLY thing that people like Joy Reid seem to say against them is "That's not CRT." They never actually address the things that people are complaining about - labeling people as oppressed/oppressors based on their skin color, segregating people, and most importantly teaching young kids to automatically think this way. They know those things are wrong, so they don't actually try to defend them; they simply focus on the label and say "that's not Critical Race Theory". IMHO, Chris Rufo and his pals need to just say, "You know what? Fine. I'll stop calling it CRT. Now tell me why I'm wrong to fight against those things."
It's all a fucking semantics game with these people. They have no problem saying that anyone who disagrees with them is a Nazi. But if you use the wrong word for the thing they're doing, they get bogged down on the word because it deflects from the real argument.

you sound exactly like the kind of time-traveling computer hacker who would go back in time to put anti-gay rants in Joy's blogposts

Wolf it is what THEY do with everything. And THEY get away with it because the media is in their back pockets. That’s why YOU can’t vote for them. But it’s cool because your kids will have to grow up in this world they are trying to create. But hey, Biden said why do people need guns, the government has nukes.

I didnt know about this but its true, what a bigot she is
The posts, for example, suggested — without much, if any, evidence — that Tom Cruise, Karl Rove, and Chief Justice John Robert’s son are gay. Other posts made derogatory remarks about gay people, claiming that “most straight people cringe at the sight of two men kissing” and that “adult gay men tend to be attracted to very young, post-pubescent types.” One post acknowledged, “Does that make me homophobic? Probably.”
These are different from previous blog posts that Reid apologized for in December 2017. In those past posts, Reid wrote that then-Florida Gov. Charlie Crist was gay, nicknamed him “Miss Charlie,” and claimed that he only married a woman for political purposes. Reid said her comments were “insensitive, tone-deaf and dumb. There is no excusing it — not based on the taste-skewing mores of talk radio or the then-blogosphere, and not based on my intentions.” Crist, who’s now a member of Congress, accepted her apology.
