I think the best choice for the next coach would be Billups or Cassell. It has to be an ex-player, and let's be honest, it probably should be a black coach. Someone that can genuinely relate to Tatum and let him do his thing and try to convince him to not only stay, but invite some friends to come play. Really the only way they get to the upper tier of teams.
