5 year $295 million for Jaylen will wind up being hilarious, but I don't know if 5 years $240 million or something like that makes a whole hell of a lot more sense.
He's the opposite of a Jimmy Butler to me, he'll put up numbers in the regular season because he's pretty good, he's consistent, etc...but in the playoffs his shortcomings are too easy to exploit.

My observation is that he isnt a killer. He doesnt ever call for the ball, and he is a decoy on most sets. He runs to the corner while Tatum and Smart kinda run the offense. That is my observation.
I noticed that with Ben Simmons also in his final season playing for the Sixers. He was worse than Brown with his lack of involvement, but same shit, run to the corner to either hide or be decoy (Simmons was hiding, Brown is doing both).

I still don't know if Tatum is a true alpha guy who will win you a championship, but it's become much clearer that Brown needs to go. Not sure what the Celtics will get enough in return if they look at trading him before he signs the max deal, but he's shown he's not worth that level of compensation.

Tatum is a pussy. Brown is more driven, but he cannot dribble the ball. Such a damned waste. They will get pennies on the dollar for Brown if they do trade him, and it's hard to imagine you'd get someone in return that can come in and take over the team in crunch time, and not turn the fucking ball over 8 times. Tatum is still only 25 years old and there's still a chance he figures it out, but man it's tiring watching the same thing over and over when you know the talent's there.

For they, the Celtics have the 4th highest average margin of victory ever:
Crazy thing is that I barely even pay attention to them and I can think of 2 or 3 games where they choked away MASSIVE leads (crazy for the NBA, I know).

Yeah I’ve been keeping an eye on this. But I don’t think any Celtics fan is particularly confident in this team despite such a dominant regular season.
