This is a real sad story, and there are too many like it. I know we have the world's highest incarceration rate, but there needs to be a change in approach. This guy should not have been on the street. Whether he was in prison or a mental hospital can be debated, but just allowing him out on the street to do this to innocent people is so wrong.

ive given up caring. Globalist79 wants lawlessness, poverty, 75 genders, etc. no going back now.
I stand by my belief that the internet ruined society, and this girl would be alive if not for the interwebs. This criminal wouldve been locked up if not for 79 demanding soft on crime bullshit.

Unless things in Tennessee are very very different, you have to be SERIOUSLY crazy to be found not competent to stand trial. And Tennessee isn't exactly a weak on crime state.
I get why institutions/asylums were shut down back in the day because at least the horror stories about them are really awful, but I think it's the single reason for a lot of violent crime spikes.
Since the murderer is obviously named after Shaquille ONeal, I wonder if Shaq has any thoughts on it. He’s pro law enforcement, so I do not think he’d totally approve of this behavior.
