I can't lie, the uproar over Turner being on the field is funny. I mean, he was with them the past few days, right? Reasonable to assume he had it when he was around them during this time, right?
But suddenly AFTER the results is the only time he's going to spread it to everyone. Do we think Roberts didn't know he was positive when he sat right down next to him?
2020 is fucking awesome.
Yeah, the previous 3 hours he was hanging out with everyone in the dugout kind of makes the rest pretty irrelevant.
When would game 7 have been played? Turner had to have broken protocol to get it, right? Maybe some road beef.

The optics of it are obviously bad so I get why it's being talked about. If you're pulling him from the game because of the dumb virus, you look kinda silly bringing him out to celebrate afterwards.
But I absolutely agree with you that it's silly to act all upset about it. He was on the fucking field and in the dugout with them an hour ago, and has presumably been spending most of his time with these guys all week. If anyone else was gonna get sick from him, they already did.

Here's what I don't get--if he's positive from a test on Monday shouldn't he have been DQ'd from last night's game and game 5? We're all gonna just say 'oh well, doesn't matter now'?
Whatever--fuck the Dodgers and their superfan LeBron.

The test was on MONDAY. The results were on TUESDAY. How do you DQ him from a game that alresdy happened? Balls?

the whole situation is odd though. did all of them get test results back during the game?

Seems like a valid question. Shouldn't everyone have had their most recent results before the game? The whole thing is pretty fishy. What are you up to now, China?

I think he only received a second test because an earlier one was inconclusive, and they received the second result during the game.
